CONTROLS
The mouse isn’t controlling my view.
Click the play area to let the game capture your mouse. Escape releases it and opens the menu; choose Resume to return. A live multiplayer match continues while the menu is open.
Use a keyboard and mouse in a current desktop browser. If a control does something unexpected, check the controls reference. Shift is crouch and landing-slide input; it is not a sprint key.
CONNECTION
I can’t join a match.
Check the connection message in the lobby. Join Battle or Respawn is unavailable while the server connection is not ready. After a disconnect, allow the game to reconnect before trying to enter again.
If the connection does not recover, check your internet connection, return to the game and reload once. A backend waking from inactivity can take longer than the page itself to load. Repeated reloads are unlikely to help a server that is still starting.
TECHNICAL HELP
The game is slow or the scene is blank.
Use an up-to-date desktop browser with hardware-accelerated graphics available. Close other demanding tabs or applications, and check the in-game Settings panel before retrying.
If the scene stays blank, note your browser version, operating system and whether the menu appears. Those details help distinguish a loading problem from a graphics problem. The alpha does not yet have a published browser compatibility matrix.
ACCOUNTS
My progress or finish is missing.
Check that you entered with your registered account rather than Continue as Guest. Guest round rewards are not saved. Velkies earned in a match are awarded at round end, not after each elimination.
Open Customize to select a finish you own. Viewing an item in Shop is not the same as owning or equipping it. Signing out does not delete an account. Keep passwords and authentication tokens private.
There is currently no self-service password reset or account-deletion interface. A direct support contact has not been verified for this alpha.
GAMEPLAY BUGS
Make the problem reproducible.
Keep a short record with:
- What you expected and what actually happened.
- The steps immediately before the problem.
- Whether you were in the lobby, alive, respawning or at round end.
- Your browser version and approximate time.
- A screenshot or short clip, with private information removed.
